While almost all other major smartphone makers have already brought out their flagship offerings for 2013, everyone’s busy wondering what Nokia has up its sleeve for this year. After the success of the Lumia 920, the world is gearing up to expect another stellar flagship, the Lumia 928.
According to latest news by Bloomberg, Nokia and Verizon have struck a deal to bring out the Lumia 928 on this carrier. The latest reports also confirm that Nokia will indeed have an all metal body to give it a premium, classy look.
Fans of the Nokia Lumia series can expect to see this phone launching by sometime next month, which seems to be coinciding with Verizon’s “Save the Date” invites sent out for the 22nd of May. In all likelihood, the Lumia 928 could have a 4.5-inch screen with a resolution of 1280X768 pixels, 1 GB of RAM, an 8 MP camera with Xenon and LED flash, Windows Phone 8, 32 GB of internal storage space and a 2,000 mAh battery. And yes, it will be lighter and thinner than the Lumia 920 as well.
